If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage and accompanied by the original receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item is damaged, please email us with the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. The item should be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or replacement piece.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment or damage.
